01Free while the community grows
During the initial launch phase—expected to last roughly six months or until a clear further notice—accounts, basic publishing, the business directory and access to content remain free. This phase may be extended if that better supports growth.
02No donations or current revenue
Besouria currently has no public donation programme, does not collect funds in the name of helping Syria and does not take a share of user agreements. Do not send money to anyone claiming to collect it for the platform without an official notice on the website.
03Future fees must be modest and disclosed
If growth requires larger infrastructure, staffing and support, modest fees may be introduced for selected services or optional features, with clear notice before payment.
If paid services are introduced later
Optional services may include promotion, faster processing that does not influence approval, advanced business tools, editing or translation. Payment will not buy verification, guarantee a deal or bypass moderation rules.
Future refund principles
There are currently no payments to refund. When a paid service launches, its terms will be shown before purchase. Duplicate charges, technical errors, non-delivery and cancellations within the stated period will generally be reviewed. Fully delivered services or expired promotion periods may be non-refundable unless law requires otherwise.
Use only official payment channels
Any future paid service will appear inside the website with clear billing. Never send personal transfers to a staff member, volunteer or another user in Besouria’s name. Payments between platform users belong to those parties and are not payments to Besouria.
