These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Besouria (the “Operator”) regarding access to and use of Besouria, its websites, dashboards, business directory, opportunity listings, profiles, comments, ratings, reports and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By visiting the Platform, creating an account, submitting content, publishing a business or opportunity, or using any interactive feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, organisation or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind them.
Mandatory rights under applicable consumer, labour, data protection or other laws are not waived by these Terms. Where a mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, that law prevails only to the extent of the conflict.
Retour au sommaire ↑You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Platform only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law, are subject to sanctions that make the service unlawful, or have previously been permanently removed for serious or repeated violations.
Retour au sommaire ↑You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. One person or legal entity may not create deceptive, duplicate or impersonating accounts.
You are responsible for protecting your password, devices and login sessions, and for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access. You must notify us immediately if you suspect compromise, fraud or misuse.
The Operator may request identity, authority, business registration, licence, address or other verification documents. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in restricted features, rejection, suspension or removal.
Retour au sommaire ↑Besouria is an information, discovery and communication platform connecting people and organisations interested in opportunities and businesses related to Syria. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the Operator is not the employer, recruiter, broker, investment adviser, lender, insurer, escrow provider, seller, buyer, agent, partner or representative of any user.
The Operator does not negotiate or conclude transactions for users and does not guarantee the identity, authority, legality, solvency, licensing, quality, accuracy, availability, profitability, safety or performance of any user, listing, business, opportunity, product, service or transaction.
Publication, review, verification, a badge, featured placement or account approval means only that the Platform completed the checks it chose to perform. It is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Retour au sommaire ↑If you publish an opportunity, job, project, request, business listing, article, offer or other commercial information, you are the publisher and remain fully responsible for it. You confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, not misleading, supported by evidence where appropriate, and submitted with all required authority and permissions.
You must clearly identify the responsible person or entity, describe the real nature of the opportunity, disclose material eligibility conditions, fees, commissions, risks, limitations, deadlines and geographic restrictions, and promptly correct or close content that is no longer accurate or available.
You must keep records reasonably necessary to support your claims and cooperate with verification, safety, legal and moderation requests. You must not use the Platform to avoid licensing, tax, employment, consumer, financial, sanctions, advertising or professional obligations.
Retour au sommaire ↑A person creating or claiming a business listing confirms that they own the business or have current authority to act for it. The owner is responsible for legal name, trading name, registration details, licences, category, address, service area, website, contacts, opening information, images and descriptions.
Owners must not create listings for non-existent, closed, unauthorised or illegal businesses; misuse another business name or trademark; manipulate location or category; or create duplicate listings intended to dominate search results.
Contact information selected as public may be visible to anyone. Owners must use business contact details they are authorised to publish and must protect information received from users.
Retour au sommaire ↑Reviews and ratings must reflect a genuine first-hand experience or a clearly disclosed professional relationship. Incentivised reviews must be disclosed. Owners may respond, but may not intimidate reviewers, buy positive ratings, submit fake reviews or organise coordinated manipulation.
Comments must stay relevant and must not include defamation, private information, threats, hate, spam or unsupported accusations of criminal conduct. The Platform may delay, limit, label, reject or remove community content and may preserve evidence when needed for safety or legal compliance.
Retour au sommaire ↑Verification is limited to the information and documents reviewed at a particular time. Documents may expire, be incomplete, forged or change after review. Users must independently verify counterparties and current official records before relying on a badge or approval.
The Operator may grant, refuse, limit or withdraw verification or featured status at any time where information is missing, outdated, disputed or inconsistent with Platform standards. No user has a permanent right to a badge, ranking, approval or featured placement.
Retour au sommaire ↑You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, releases and licences needed for text, photographs, logos, trademarks, documents, videos, contact details and other material you upload.
To operate and promote the Platform, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display and promote your content through the Platform and its official communication channels. This licence is limited to operating, securing, improving and promoting the Platform and the content you chose to publish.
The licence ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, audit, legal, safety and evidentiary copies and content already shared outside the Platform. You waive no moral rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Retour au sommaire ↑Users offering regulated goods or services must hold all required licences and may be asked to provide evidence. The Platform may prohibit or restrict categories even where they are lawful in a particular location.
Users are responsible for sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, customs, tax, foreign-investment and cross-border trade compliance. You must not use the Platform to transact with a prohibited person, entity, territory, item or purpose or to hide the true parties to a transaction.
The Operator may screen information, block access, freeze publication, preserve records or report matters to competent authorities where reasonably necessary for compliance or safety.
Retour au sommaire ↑Users deal with each other at their own risk and are responsible for independent legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence. Before sending money, signing, travelling, sharing confidential records or providing goods or services, verify identity, authority, official registrations, licences, ownership, bank details, references, contracts and the current status of the opportunity.
Do not rely only on Platform messages, profile information, badges, reviews or uploaded documents. Use official registries and qualified advisers. The Operator does not hold funds, guarantee payment, insure transactions or resolve contractual disputes unless a separate written service expressly says otherwise.
You should report suspected fraud or danger promptly. Reporting to Besouria does not replace reporting urgent matters to police, regulators, banks, payment providers or other competent authorities.
Retour au sommaire ↑The Operator may use human review, automated tools and user reports to detect risk and enforce these Terms. We may request changes, add warnings, reduce visibility, reject, pause, expire, close, remove or preserve content; restrict contact features; remove verification; suspend accounts; or permanently terminate access.
Enforcement decisions may consider content, context, severity, history, legal risk, user safety and available evidence. We are not required to publish content or provide advance notice where urgent action is reasonably necessary.
A user may request review through the legal contact channel and should identify the account, content, decision and supporting evidence. We may decline repetitive, abusive or insufficient appeals.
Retour au sommaire ↑Basic access may currently be free. The Operator may introduce paid listings, verification, advertising, subscriptions, promotion or other services. Before purchase, the applicable price, duration, taxes, renewal conditions and material refund rules will be displayed or provided in a separate order.
Paid placement affects visibility only and does not guarantee views, enquiries, approval, transactions, revenue or results. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, fees for a digital service already delivered or a promotion already activated may be non-refundable.
Retour au sommaire ↑The Platform software, design, databases, selection, arrangement, branding and original content belong to the Operator or its licensors. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, sell, license, frame, mirror, extract, reproduce or create derivative services from them without written permission.
Third-party websites, maps, payment tools, social networks, communication services and external content are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms. Links do not mean endorsement, and the Operator is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content or conduct.
Retour au sommaire ↑The Privacy Policy explains how the Operator handles personal data. Information published in public profiles, opportunities, comments or business listings may be visible, indexed, copied or shared by others. Do not publish personal or confidential information that you are not authorised and prepared to make public.
The Operator may send service, security, moderation, legal and account communications. Optional marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and available preference controls.
Retour au sommaire ↑The Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses; loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, contracts or data; or losses caused by users, listings, external services, unauthorised access, malware, outages or transactions.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the Operator’s aggregate liability arising from the Platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid the Operator for the relevant service during the six months before the event or USD 100, unless mandatory law requires a higher amount. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct and, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Retour au sommaire ↑To the extent permitted by law, a business user, publisher or owner will defend, indemnify and hold the Operator and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, penalties, losses and reasonable costs arising from that user’s content, business, transaction, legal non-compliance, infringement, fraud or breach of these Terms. This clause does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
You may stop using the Platform and request account closure. The Operator may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, inactivity, legal requirements, discontinuation or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive continue after termination, including ownership, licences for retained copies, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes and enforcement.
Retour au sommaire ↑Before filing a non-urgent claim, the parties should try in good faith to resolve it by written notice sent to doughouzander@gmail.com, describing the issue and requested solution, and allow 30 days for a response.
These Terms are governed by les lois impératives applicables à l’opérateur et à l’utilisateur. Subject to mandatory rights and any competent authority that cannot be excluded, disputes are submitted to les tribunaux ou autorités compétents selon le droit applicable. Users may still have non-waivable rights to use local consumer or data-protection authorities.
If the legal information has not yet been completed by the Operator, governing law and forum are determined by applicable mandatory conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules. The failure to configure those details does not remove any mandatory user rights.
Retour au sommaire ↑Besouria AI is an informational and productivity assistant. It may help with opportunities, careers, business ideas, writing, translation and non-clinical work-style reflection. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or automatic hiring authority.
AI outputs are generated or assembled from probabilistic systems and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. You remain responsible for checking important information and for decisions made using an output. Do not use the service to make unlawful, discriminatory or solely automated decisions about another person.
Free credits are daily or bonus usage limits. They are not currency, cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted to protect platform capacity. Besouria may change models, limits, modes or availability and may remove abusive or unsafe conversations.
The Operator may update these Terms for legal, safety, product or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably through the Platform or account contact information where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, except where law requires a different form of consent.
Translations are provided for accessibility. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the Anglais version controls if translations conflict. Headings and summaries are for convenience and do not limit the full text.
Legal notices may be sent electronically. Questions, complaints, infringement notices and appeals should be sent to doughouzander@gmail.com with sufficient details and evidence. Effective date: 2026-07-22. Terms version: 1.0.
